The Business Owners Society vs Entrepreneurs Circle
Both are UK memberships for small business owners. One is built around a room; the other is built around whether you did the work.
Based on pricing and product information published on both companies’ own websites, checked August 2026. If we’ve got something wrong, tell us and we’ll correct it.
The short answer
Entrepreneurs Circle is a bigger, older, room-first membership with a printed magazine and over a hundred local monthly meetings. We are a tools-first membership at less than half the price, built around twelve growth moves in order and somebody checking you did them.
When to pick Entrepreneurs Circle instead
If what you actually want is a room of local business owners once a month, and a magazine that lands on your desk, pick them. Their meeting network is genuinely their strongest asset and we do not have one. We are not trying to build one.
Side by side
Entrepreneurs Circle pricing from their own join page. Note the four-weekly billing — that is thirteen payments a year, not twelve.

The arithmetic
Their headline is £99 plus VAT — which is £118.80 a time. Because they bill every four weeks rather than monthly, that is thirteen payments a year, not twelve: £1,544. Almost nobody works this out when they join.
We charge £49 a month, twelve times, with no VAT on top. £588 a year — about 38% of theirs.
That is not a discount and it is not a promotion. We have no headquarters, no sales floor and no team of a hundred people. The software costs roughly the same whether there are fifty members or five thousand, and that saving goes into the price.
Switching
You keep everything you have already downloaded from them. Nothing here requires you to cancel anything — plenty of people will happily pay for both, because the magazine and the meetings do a different job from the map and the streak.
If you do want to move, the honest advice is to try us for a pound while you are still a member there, and see which one you actually open.
£1 for your first month. Then £49 a month.
Try it properly before you decide. Cancel in two clicks — no phone call, no retention pitch.
