BrightLocal is a serious, well-built local SEO platform aimed largely at agencies. It reports beautifully. It will not tell you what to do on Tuesday, and it will not notice if you do nothing for a month.
When to pick BrightLocal instead
If you are an agency managing local SEO for a dozen clients, pick BrightLocal without hesitation. White-label reporting, multi-location management and their audit depth are all beyond what a £49 membership offers, and we are not competing for that job.

The arithmetic
BrightLocal at $41 a month is about £384 a year for one location — and that is the tool on its own, with no training, no accountability and nobody to ask. Add a geo-grid tool and you are at roughly £52 a month before anyone has taught you anything.

Switching
