How it works

Measure, prescribe, do, prove. It runs on a loop and it takes about twenty minutes of your week.

Step one

Measure

We map your business across your whole trading area and pull your numbers onto one screen. Green where you are in the top three, red where you are nowhere. Most owners understand their entire marketing problem in about four seconds.

Step two

Prescribe

The system reads your map, your listings and your reviews and writes the fix list. In order, in English. Not “optimise your GBP” but “your phone number is wrong on Yell, here is the link”.

Step three

Do

One button drops the top two into this week’s list, with the template attached. That is your two. Do them and the week is secured. Don’t, and you will hear about it on Wednesday.

Step four — the one that matters

Prove

Next month we scan again, and the two maps sit side by side. The green will have spread. Not because we say so — because you can see it. Every membership on earth struggles at month three, when the novelty has gone and the member can’t point at anything that changed. A before-and-after map answers that with a picture.

The week, as a member lives it

Sunday night

Ten minutes. You put the week’s numbers in and tick off the two jobs you did. The strip of weeks along the top of your screen gets another green tick. You are on eleven in a row now, and you notice you don’t want to be the one who breaks it.

Wednesday morning

A message: “Two jobs to secure this week — you’re on eleven.” Not a nag from an app you will mute. A prompt from something keeping count on your behalf, which is a different feeling entirely.

Some evening in the middle

You post in The Room. Not a sales question — the real one. Four people answer, and one of them is a roofer in Doncaster who had the identical thing in March and tells you exactly what he said and what happened.

End of the month

You hit Silver. Ten weeks straight. It shows beside your name every time you post. Then somebody gets named Entrepreneur of the Month and you find yourself thinking right — that could be me by spring.

And then something arrives in the post

An envelope, flat and stiff. Inside is a certificate on heavy card with your name on it, a number your customers can check online, and the name of the thing you learned, were tested on, and actually did. It goes on the wall behind your desk, where people sitting opposite you can see it.

£1 for your first month. Then £49 a month.
