The membership
Membership gives you access to the tools, training, community and materials described on this site for as long as you are a paying member. We may add to or change what is included; if we remove something significant, we will tell you before it happens.
Price and payment
- Membership is £49 per month, taken monthly — twelve payments a year.
- Your first month is £1, taken when you join. We will email you three days before the first full payment of £49 is taken.
- We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase, and existing members keep their price for the period we have advertised.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from inside your account, in two clicks. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and no phone call. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We will not contact you to talk you out of it.
The guarantee
If you secure twelve of your first sixteen weeks — that is twenty-four completed tasks — and your business is no better off, email us within thirty days of that sixteenth week and we will refund everything you have paid. We can see whether the work was done, so there is nothing for you to prove.
What we ask of you
One login, one business. Don’t share your account, don’t redistribute the materials, and be decent to other members in the community. We can suspend an account for abuse of any of those, and will always tell you why.
Certificates
Certificates you have earned remain yours and stay verifiable if you leave. We may revoke one if it was obtained fraudulently or if a payment is reversed.
Limits
We give you tools, training and information in good faith. We cannot guarantee particular results — that depends on your business, your market and what you actually do. Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice. [Have your solicitor set the liability position properly.]
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
