Questions people ask
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Nothing in what you get. Monthly is £1 for your first month and then £49 a month, and you can stop whenever you like. Annual is £490 paid once for the year, which works out at £40.83 a month: two months free compared with paying monthly.
What happens after the first month?
On monthly, you are charged £49 and carry on. If you would rather not, cancel in two clicks from inside your account before then: no call, no form, no notice period, and nobody rings to talk you out of it.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly is rolling and you can cancel any time. Annual is one payment for twelve months.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes. Start on monthly for £1, and if it is working for you, move to annual and save the two months. Just ask and we will switch you over.
Why is it £49 when the tools alone cost more?
Because there is no headquarters, no sales floor and no team of a hundred. It is a small operation running good software, and the software costs roughly the same whether there are fifty members or five thousand. The saving isn't a promotion: it is what it actually costs to run.
How long does it take each week?
Two jobs. Most take ten to twenty minutes. Say twenty to thirty minutes a week, and about five of that is the Scoreboard.
Is there VAT on top?
No. We are not VAT registered, so the price you see is what leaves your account.
What's the catch?
It only works if you do two things a week. There is no version where you join, don't touch it, and your numbers change. We would rather you cancelled than sat there paying for something you don't use.
